• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING
We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started. You can stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.
Please bring your own washcloths as we only provide towels.
POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1. Cost: $35 per day.
2. Notice: Must be requested 48 hours in advance.
3. Minimum Duration: 2 consecutive days.
4. Maximum Temperature: 95°F.
5. Cold Weather Limitations: The pool heater operates via heat exchange and will not work effectively in cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool during cold conditions and it fails to reach the desired temperature, refunds will not be issued.
6. Pool & Spa: The attached spa is part of the main pool system and cannot be heated independently. Both share the same water temperature.
Pool heater pumps have a built-in safety mechanism to prevent the system from overheating when working overtime in freezing conditions. They will shut off temporarily to recover their efficiency.
Please keep in mind that this service is optional and subject to availability.

RESORT REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED AFTER BOOKING CONFIRMATION.
• WINDSOR CAY PARKING
- Free on-site parking.
- Driveway parking is limited to 2 vehicles.
- No parking on grass or blocking the sidewalks
- No parking on the street. (Since it is a new community, they will not enforce this rule until the signs are placed.)
- Parking pass must be printed out and displayed on the dashboard.
- Do not park in front of other homes.
- Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, or boats are not allowed.
- Registered guests cannot share their parking passes with unregistered visitors.
- Vehicles in violation of the parking policy will be towed at the guest's expense.
• TRASH DISPOSAL
Please dispose of the trash in the plastic bin daily to keep the home clean.
• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.
• ONLINE SHOPPING & PACKAGE DELIVERY
Please note that USPS does not recognize vacation homes as standard residential addresses for mail delivery; packages will be returned to the sender.
To ensure successful delivery, please use alternative carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
Depending on the resort's policies:
Clubhouse Delivery: Packages may be routed to the resort clubhouse (additional fees may apply).
Delivery Restrictions: Some resorts may not accept packages on behalf of guests.
Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any unexpected issues with your online purchases.
